This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is sourced from smallholder farmers in the high-altitude regions of Yirgacheffe, known for producing some of the world’s most distinctive coffees. Cultivated at elevations above 1,900 metres, the beans develop a naturally complex flavour profile with floral aromas, citrus notes and a crisp, elegant finish.

Light roasted in small batches, this coffee delivers exceptional clarity in the cup. Expect a bright yet balanced acidity, subtle jasmine-like florals and a smooth, tea-like body. Its clean sweetness makes it an excellent choice for those who enjoy delicate and aromatic coffees.
